BioDynamic Breathwork is a body-oriented therapeutic approach which efficiently and effectively releases trauma and tension held in the cellular memory of the body, and promotes a profound state of wellbeing and expanding consciousness through breathing . Rebirthing, regression, and meditation are synthesized in this highly intense breathing technique. Accompanied by touch and bodywork, this approach dramatically opens up the internal energy flow to allow you to experience your full capacity for power, love, and expanding awareness. Restructuring takes place at a cellular level, which affects all aspects of life. You will experience ripple waves, realizations, and processing for a long time after session is over. BioDynamic Breath Therapy supports the release of emotional stress, strengthens the psycho-neuro immune system and leads to a healing integration of your conscious and unconscious mind. You will break through conditioned breathing patterns and open chronically tense physical and mental structures. BioDynamic Breathwork supports you to heal childhood traumas, and pain of needs not met, and at a physical level supports the strengthening of your powerful sense of self. Over time breath sessions aid you to contain energy, watch emotion, and make choices in life with deepening awareness.
BioDynamic Breathwork emphasizes the inter-connection between you and your breath. You may notice that when there is a strong feeling of fear or pain, you unconsciously hold your breath. When there is a strong feeling of pleasure or joy, you naturally take full, deep breaths. Through becoming aware of your patterns of breathing, you can consciously release non-supportive patterns, become grounded in your present reality, and open to your freedom of expression and radiant health.
What to expect in a breath session: After a short interview, you will be guided into a breath technique called Trance Energetic Breathing (breathing through the mouth without pause between in–breath and out–breath), which is done mainly laying down. Your body will charge up with energy which will facilitate the unblocking of tension, emotion, and trauma, and/or prompt a full–body release. Each session is different, and includes varying physical exercises to help you breathe more fully. You will have my full attention and support all throughout the session. Gentle touch, Pressure points and Soft massage might be applied to support the process of transformation.
Biodynamic Breathwork is most effective in eliciting personal breakthroughs and leaps in awareness during a 6 to 8 session series; however, even one breath session creates permanent shifts in consciousness.
